Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just had the Ravel 400 gas fire installed and couldn't be happier. The service from our initial visit to the showroom through to the final install and demonstration was perfect. Installation by Clive was done very cleanly and conscientiously, with a good demonstration on how to use the fire once installed. Highly recommend Flamestyle/Soot Doctor if you are looking for a new gas fire.
